Xfinity router Port Forward to device with Static IP Address

Synopsis
On the Xfinity app you can only port forward to devices that are in DHCP.
So device with a fixed ip address have to be reserved in DHCP with that IP address
Go to the web interface on the Xfinity router and login.
This is default 10.0.0.1, with account admin and password password.
Then at the left side pane under [Connected Devices] / [Devices], Select in the right side pane the [ADD DEVICE WITH RESERVED IP] button, and add information in the [Add Device with Reserved IP Address] form.

In the Xfinity You can then select the Device in the Xfinity App to add Port Forwards.
