Xfinity router Port Forward to device with Static IP Address

Synopsis
On the Xfinity app you can only port forward to devices that are in DHCP.
So device with a fixed ip address have to be reserved in DHCP with that IP address
Go to the web interface on gateway.sjakio.com and login.
Then under [Connected Devices] / [Devices] Select the [ADD DEVICE WITH RESERVED IP ] button and add the:
Hostname
MAC Address
Reserved IP Address
Comments.
You can then select the Device in the Xfinity App to add Port Forwards.
